WⅢ: Reflection about Visible Leadership

We had discussion about "Visible leadership". Because the meanig of "Visible leadership" are changeable depending on how someone think about it, it is difficult to understand it.
We talked about "Visible leadership" based on each our memories. Mizuki's story is so impressive to me. She talked about the former leader of her cheer leading club. As she said, her former leader was the best cheer leader even for the members. In the other words, She always didn't show her weak points, were  in high spirits,  encouraged the members.
Seita talked about his club life with his coach when he was high school student. As he said, his coach had two positions when he contacted with students. One is "equal position" . It means that he does not speak proudly to students and listen earnestly to the arguments form students. And other one is "teacher position". It means natural teacher who sometimes scolds and sometimes praise students.
.
I mentioned that principal usually hold the gathering and appear in front of the students at the beginning  of the week  in Japanese high school. However, I saw President Hibiya few times as Ken said.
